New Staff In Your Maintenance Department?

Employee turnover can sometimes result in staff with little knowledge of some equipment. LCI's philosophy is that understanding is good for everyone. When our engineer visits your plant, in addition to helping with your immediate concerns, he wants to transfer knowledge to your staff for future application.

Assembly/disassembly instruction and preventive maintenance are just the beginning of the training we can provide. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
