LCI's field service engineer can help you improve your thin-film processor's reliability.
To help you maintain efficient operation, LCI offers the following on-site engineering services:

- Vibration analysis
- Assembly and disassembly assistance and instruction
- Preventive maintenance training
- On-site equipment evaluation
- Rebuilding of mechanical seals
- Clad thickness measurement
- Wall thickness measurement
- Mechanical installation assessment
Each on-site engineering service trip is documented and archived in LCI's case history files for your unit. Customers are provided a copy of the Trip Report stating the operatinal condition of the machine, findings noted, specific recommendations, and copies of all data collected by the LCI Engineer.
