LCI Turba-Film^® Thin-Film Evaporators

In the early 90's, LCI Corporation acquired the Turba-Film thin-film and wiped-film evaporation product program from Cherry-Burrell, incorporating these evaporators into our own extensive product line. Turba-Film processors were previously manufactured by Cherry-Burrell, Rodney Hunt, ANCO/Votator, and Chemetron. Some of these units continue to operate after 50 years.

With the Turba-Film acquisition, LCI received technical documentation (drawings, specifications, original job records, etc.) for previously manufactured Turba-Film units which allows LCI to restore them to the manufacturers' original specifications, assist with design upgrades, and manufacture OEM replacement components.

With over 40 years of experience in applying thin-film and wiped-film evaporation technology, LCI is your best resource for process improvement and system design. Thin-film and wiped-film have been the technology of choice for solvent recovery, mass reduction, stripping, devolatilization, and concentration of viscous or temperature sensitive processes.
